DEBBIE COX - REGION 4 CHAIRWOMAN

I have been a member of the Birmingham Branch since 2014 and previously the Chesterfield Spire Branch. I am an Accredited Demonstrator and travel to many branches throughout the region and meet and talk to as many members as I can. I love getting involved with the Cygnets  Workshops and through them we have many 'Rising Stars'. I also help at the various shows, Telford, Manchester and the NEC, and I often do dems at them. I am in my first term of office as the Region 4 Chairwoman. I also run my own cake business near Coventry.

BARBARA CORBETT - REGION 4 TREASURER

I am the Secretary of the Burntwood Branch and have been Regional Rep for Region 4 for the past 5 years holding the post as Treasurer. My local branch, Burntwood has a strong Cygnets group which meets every month and I really enjoy helping. It's surprising what you learn from helping them. in 2014 I joined the National Committee and I currently hold the role of National Treasurer. I am retired and although I have health problems with my back and hip, it doesn't stop my enjoying my hobby.

TRUDY BUTLER – REGION 4 SECRETARY

I am a member of the Nottingham & District Branch, holding the position of Treasurer and been a member of the BSG for over 15 year.

I started cake decorating in the early 1990’s when I started making flowers at a local college and then went on to do my City and Guilds in Sugarcraft.   I have made lots of cakes for family and friends over the years and enjoy royal icing but do not get to do this much as most people prefer sugar paste cakes.  Working full time does not give me lot of time to make cakes along with my other hobby of dancing.
